To report a claim:

1. Check your policy. It may contain special instructions for filing a claim. If it does, follow those instructions. Otherwise, try to contact your agent or broker. They are ready to help.

2. If you cannot reach your agent or broker and need immediate assistance, call the appropriate phone number below to contact a CNA claim specialist.

3. If you are uncertain about which phone number to call, please call toll free 1-877-CNA-ASAP (1-877-262-2727) and one of our representatives will assist you.
